2024 Holidays

Reporting Claims During the Holidays:

Coast to Coast Claims will handle emergency after-hours claims until they can be reported to the MIABC on the next business day.

Cyber Claims:

Cyber claims can be reported one of the following ways:

  1. Telephone: 1-800-607-1355.
  2. Online: www.cfcunderwriting.com/claims
  3. App: Victor Response under the “notify” tab.
  4. Email:  cyberclaims@cfcunderwriting.com and cc: eshi@miabc.org

Please note you will need to have your cyber policy number readily available for reporting claims by telephone, online or e-mail.

Urgent Non-Claims Related Inquiries

Any urgent non-claims related inquiries can be sent to AskUsAnything@miabc.org. Please include the word "urgent" in the subject line for prompt attention.
