Reporting Claims During the Holidays:

Coast to Coast Claims will handle emergency after-hours claims until they can be reported to the MIABC on the next business day.

Cyber Claims:

Cyber claims can be reported one of the following ways:

  1. Telephone: 1-800-607-1355.
  2. Online: www.cfcunderwriting.com/claims
  3. App: Victor Response under the “notify” tab.

Please have your cyber policy number ready when reporting claims by telephone or online. Claims reported by telephone or through the Victor Response App will receive a call back from an IT expert within 15 minutes.
