Lance Kayfish serves as the vice chair for the board, as the chair of the insurance committee and as a member of the finance committee.
Mr. Kayfish has experience as board chair for the Okanagan College and as chair of the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Canadian communications & external affairs committee. While serving as chairperson of RIMS, he earned top international honours for government relations. With 22 years’ experience in municipal risk management, policing, security, occupational safety, and emergency management he applies degrees in business administration and political science to his work in Kelowna, as the City’s Risk Manager, and the MIABC.
