Mr. Horn joined the MIABC Board in 2020 and brings seven years of local government experience and over two decades of finance experience to the Board. His history with the MIABC goes back to 2014, when he was part of the inaugural MIABC Member Services Advisory Committee.
Mr. Horn is the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Regional District of Central Kootenay. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Economics and he is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Before joining the RDCK, Mr. Horn held the position of Senior Manager, Vice President of KPMG Forensic Inc.
