Non-owned watercraft liability coverage, applies to the contractor when they are using a leased or rented watercraft to carry out work under the contract. It is typically excluded from most CGL policies but can be included through an endorsement. Coverage typically includes costs associated with injury or damage caused by a watercraft that is not owned but operated by the contractor.
